I called Mitch in desperation. We had just moved to Northampton and I knew hardly anyone, though I had met Mitch at a business event.
The company who had moved our furniture to our new apartment (on the top floor), were unable to get a bulky heritage cabinet up the stairs. They suggested renting a scissor lift to put it through a window, and left it behind. So, I called Mitch who told me not to worry, that he could sort it out. And he did. He called straight back with a lift-hire company’s details and told me he had two men standing by.
Within three hours of me having made the call, the two men arrived, shortly followed by the mobile lift, and sorted the situation quickly, efficiently and confidently.
