To Office Furniture and Beyond!

2017 has been a monumental year of change and development for CamHam. Exciting, challenging, and rewarding. We’ve launched a fabulous new website that’s seen us expand in to offering office supplies.

2017 has been a monumental year of change and development for CamHam. Exciting, challenging, and rewarding. We’ve launched a fabulous new website that’s seen us expand in to offering office supplies. And we’ve also extended our reach beyond just office furniture to hospitality furniture as well. To say we’ve kept ourselves busy would be an understatement.

How did this journey take place?

We took stock of our office furniture origins…
Becoming known for being a reliable and trustworthy supplier of hand-picked office furniture was our quest when the business started. We built a reputation on ensuring:

Our office furniture is manufactured to a very high standard
We make it a focus to help our customers to reduce their carbon footprint
Our customers can boost their green credentials
We operate with a policy of recycling, reusing, and disposing of office furniture responsibly
Then we realised the fit between our skills and the hospitality furniture industry was a snug one…
How so? Because our experience of supplying office furniture means we really do understand that getting the right hospitality furniture for a venue isn’t just about functionality and budget. It’s about balancing many factors to ensure your hospitality furniture has as much impact on a person’s perception of your business as your customer service does.

And we also realised that a business needs both office furniture and office supplies…
Because it’s a ‘kettle needs water to have a purpose’ thing, isn’t it? So 2017 saw us launch our fabulous online shop for office supplies. Everything from paper, pens and pencils, to presentation equipment and office machines. And having reached the end of the year, we really are delighted that we can now help customers fill their stationery cupboards and kit out their hospitality venues with accessories too.

So now we’ve reached Christmas 2017…
Thus, as you can probably see, this year has been twelve months of rapid development and change. And just for a short while, we’re now going to allow ourselves to sit back and enjoy where we’ve got to so far in our journey. The mulled wine is warming. The mince pies are waiting. It’s time to recharge the batteries and get ready for 2018. Because boy, oh, boy! We can’t wait to see what that brings next!

Just so you know, we are technically closed from 22nd December to 2nd January.  However we will be taking orders online for business supplies 27th, 28th, 29th… because the business world never sleeps.

And now we’d like to make our last message for this year a wish that you all enjoy an extremely peaceful but fun-filled Christmas. And we look forward to working with you next year!
